MHF men set to cycle Vietnam to Cambodia this October.

Our MHF men are dusting off their mountain bikes and lacing up their hiking boots in preparation for their seventh epic adventure in October this year.

25 men will take on this gruelling endurance challenge which will cover over 500 kilometres of tough back country endurance riding and hiking through some of the most spectacular countryside in S.E. Asia. Starting in Saigon, travelling through Phnom Penh and finishing in Cambodia’s northern province of Siam Reap, they will battle tropical heat and thunderstorms and will require very high physical and mental capabilities for this trek with the intensity rating ‘extreme’.

The team, led by Mark Hughes along with MHF Ambassadors Paul Harragon and Danny Buderus, will also be honouring the spirit and sacrifice of our Australian Soldiers in the Vietnam War as they pass through some of the most significant battle sites, recount the stories and hold a commemoration service at Long Tan Cross.

To make these amazing adventures possible and guarantee an outstanding fundraising result we rely on corporate sponsorship. If you or your business are interested in this opportunity please reach out to Kris at – events@markhughesfoundation.com.au

Donate today & help beat brain cancer

Brain cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in children, and adults aged under 40 in Australia, yet alarmingly very little is known about brain cancer, its causes or how it is treated.

That’s why we need your help. Every dollar helps in the fight against brain cancer. Your donation will go towards vital research to improve patient treatments and, hopefully, find a cure one day.

All donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
