New Trek in 2024! Two Peaks: Scenic Rim

The Mark Hughes Foundation Two Peaks: Scenic Rim Challenge is a powerful way to make your mark on brain cancer research, education, and health care improvements at a national scale. Ultimately, you’ll help give brain cancer patients, their families, carers, and health professionals the best shot at finding a cure.

The 22 km Two Peaks trail travels through the heart of the Scenic Rim, starting at the foothills of the majestic Great Dividing Ranges. Each day offers new heights to conquer, from the summit of Mt Cordeaux to the rugged trails of Mt Mitchell. We'll traverse the UNESCO World Heritage site of Lamington National Park on foot, unveiling its ancient trees, cascading waterfalls, and the captivating wildlife. With every step we explore a new side to Queensland's paradise, whilst making a significant impact on brain cancer research.

This adventure is ranked 3/5. While no extensive trekking experience is required prior to registering, our adventures are specifically designed for people who are relatively fit and willing to train. The Scenic Rim trek is a physical challenge, involving trekking approximately 28 kilometres over 3 days.
