Our Beanie Day Fundraiser Was a Huge Success

We are very excited to announce that the total amount raised from our Beanie Day fundraiser was $28,016. We are so grateful and appreciative to all those 145+ schools and businesses that participated during July & August.

The money raised will go directly into brain cancer research and patient projects to benefit patients now and into the future.

Winners of the Beanie Day prizes were: Bolwarra Public School who won a signed Newcastle Knights Jersey and Edgeworth Heights Public School who won a Rugby League Clinic at the school lead by Danny Buderus and Mark Hughes. We congratulate these winning schools.

Please check out some photo’s from our Beanie Day fundraiser on our Gallery page.

MHF is hoping that Beanie Day will become an annual event – so keep your beanie handy for next year!

Donate today & help beat brain cancer

Brain cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in children, and adults aged under 40 in Australia, yet alarmingly very little is known about brain cancer, its causes or how it is treated.

That’s why we need your help. Every dollar helps in the fight against brain cancer. Your donation will go towards vital research to improve patient treatments and, hopefully, find a cure one day.

All donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
