Association Conducting the Raffle: Mark Hughes Foundation ABN: 17 622 847 376 CFN: 24839Art Union Number: GOCAU/2145Start Date: 1st May 2019 Closing Date: 1st June 2019 (or prior if tickets are sold out).Draw Details: 3pm on the 1st June 2019 at Rosehill Racecourse.Winner is not required to be present for the draw.Cost per ticket:$1000 per ticket (only 200 tickets to be sold). 1 in 200 chance of winning a new Hilux.Prize: Valued at over $60,000 the winner will receive a brand new Hilux 4x4 SR5 2.8L T Diesel Automatic Double Cab (colour to be confirmed by winner). Includes 12 month registration, stamp duty, 12 months third party insurance and a full tank of fuel. Car can be collected at Penrith Toyota, Great Western Highway KINGSWOOD NSW 2747.Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferred to another item.Notification of winner: Winner will be contacted by phone or post using the contact information provided on the online entry form as soon as possible after the raffle being drawn. If the prize is not claimed within 12 months of the draw date then the prize is forfeited and may be applied to the foundation’s purposes. Results of the draw will be published on the Mark Hughes Foundation Website 10/6/2019.
Eligibility:This raffle is only available to New South Wales residents 18 years of age or over. Anyone associated with the Mark Hughes Foundation in the capacity of Director or employee is not eligible to enter. The draw conductor is also ineligible to enter. Immediate family members of the persons mentioned being ineligible are also unable to enter the draw.
The winner of the prize acknowledges that their name and photo may be used for promotional purposes. Tickets cannot be on-sold.
