The Big Three Trek

Join us for the annual 5km walk from the NRL HQ to the Sydney Opera House for an iconic photo in the new 2022 MHF beanies in support of brain cancer patients and their families.

Walk alongside 100+ stars which include media personalities, sports stars, celebrities and brain cancer warriors.

From here over 45 trekkers will walk all the way to Newcastle, arriving at McDonald Jones Stadium right before the Newcastle Knights and Gold Coast Titans kick off Friday Night Footy!
